Can Basic buy extra tokens?
Basic can buy extra tokens to create more projects, systems and spaces. Extra tokens do not unlock AI envelope calculation or FDS generation: these require Pro or Enterprise.
Does every action consume tokens?
Tokens are used to create projects, systems and spaces, and for the AI operations available in your plan. Editing, recalculating and viewing results do not consume tokens.
How is Enterprise different from Pro?
Enterprise adds project invitations, the project assistant, BIM CSV coordination and 1,250 monthly tokens. Pro includes 500 tokens. Both include envelope AI and FDS generation. An invitation does not grant Enterprise features.
Do unused monthly tokens carry over?
Unused subscription tokens carry over. Each paid renewal adds the tokens included in your plan to your remaining balance.
How does the free trial work?
New accounts receive 14 days of BASIC access from their first verified sign-in, with 250 tokens credited once. FDS, AI and BIM are excluded. When the trial ends, project access is blocked until you subscribe. Your data and remaining tokens are preserved. No card is required and no automatic charge is made.
Does every collaborator need Enterprise?
The creator needs Enterprise to invite. Each collaborator needs their own active access and uses their plan features. Document drafts, assistant conversations and uploaded assistant PDFs remain personal.
Whose tokens are used in a shared project?
The account performing a charged action uses its own tokens. Balances are not pooled. Editing, recalculation and viewing results do not consume tokens.
