1. General Policy
Except where applicable law or Paddle’s applicable terms provide otherwise, purchases made through the App or the Website are final and non-refundable.
Because the App provides immediate access to digital services, software features, AI-generated content, cloud resources, and token-based functionality upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for:
-
Subscription fees;
-
Token purchases;
-
Unused tokens;
-
Partial subscription periods;
-
User inactivity;
-
Changes of mind;
-
Failure to use the service;
-
Misunderstanding of the available features.
2. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not entitle the user to a refund of any fees already paid.
Users will continue to have access to the subscribed features until the end of the current billing period.
3. Token Purchases
AI tokens are digital consumable credits.
Once purchased, tokens:
-
are non-refundable;
-
have no cash value;
-
cannot be exchanged for money or other products;
-
cannot be transferred to another account.
Unused tokens remain subject to the applicable Terms of Use and subscription plan.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests will only be considered in exceptional situations, such as:
-
duplicate charges caused by a billing error;
-
unauthorized transactions confirmed by the payment provider;
-
cases where applicable consumer protection laws require a refund.
Refunds remain subject to applicable law and, for Paddle purchases, Paddle’s applicable terms and refund decisions.
5. Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed by our Merchant of Record.
Refund requests, when applicable, may require verification through the payment provider before being approved.
6. Contact
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact our support team as soon as possible through the support channels listed on the Website.
